He is currently a general manager at Bridge International Translation. He a former Fulbright scholar with a Master of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Kansas, United States, Bachelor of Arts in Media Management and Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in marketing and communications, as well as translation and interpreting. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Soleak used to be a Regional Communications Officer at Oxfam America, East Asia Regional Office. Later on, from 2014 to 2015, he roles as a Vice-President and Head of Marketing and Communications at CIMB Bank PLC.
