Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation is a practical training course designed to help participants develop effective training programs from needs assessment through design, delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to identify workplace training needs, define clear learning objectives and outcomes, select appropriate learning methods and activities, and plan the practical delivery of a training course.
