Project Cycle Management
The way in which projects are planned and carried out follows a sequence that has become known as the project cycle. The cycle starts with the identification of an idea and develops that idea into a working plan that can be implemented and evaluated.

Objective
• Project Cycle Management – understand project cycle and management. This includes project identification, planning, executing, reporting and evaluation. • Time and Cost Management - This covers developing a schedule, allocating resources and managing funds for the project. • Communication/Management - The project manager needs to prepare a communication plan and make sure that there is a healthy communication, both horizontally and vertically. • Supplier Management - Various materials needed during the project need to be procured and managed with the plan. • Motivate individuals, reduce apathy and increase their confidence in themselves to achieve more than ever before • Quality Management - This involves taking care of the quality of the process in question such that it meets or even exceeds various quality parameters set earlier. • Apply a powerful method that engages all stakeholder and garner their sense of ownership of the project.
