He is currently serving as a Faculty Dean of Management and Tourism, Director of Deputy-President Office and Chief of Human Resources Office as well as a Member of Academic Board, Advisor to International Study Program and Research Project. He is a Professor of Strategic Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Advanced Communication and Business Management for both undergraduate and graduate studies at a private university. More importantly, he has worked with a wide variety of executive management, senior leaders for both expatriate and local educators in a well-known and internationally accredited international school in Phnom Penh. He was accountable for several managerial and leadership roles including a former Campus Operations Director, a former Head of Recruitment and Talent Development, School Guidance Counselor, and High-School Program Manager with high levels of expertise and skills in strategic HRM, communication, problem solving, counseling, negotiating, performance management, training delivery on leadership and professional development for more than hundreds of young talents, executives and professionals. He also leads and manages several teams of academic faculty and administrative staff by overseeing business operations, strategy implementation, monitoring and evaluation and promoting the faculty, study programs, research activities, workshop, seminar, short courses, and school public events.
