Ms. Heng Molika
Corporate Trainer
Currently she is a member of the legal and research analyst team involved with Future Forum, an independent think tank that focuses on research, analysis, and public policy and represents a dynamic response to an identified "policy gap" in Cambodia. With a strong interest in research and youth's development, she starts her mentorship in the WeAct PACT project as a young women researcher/mentor to influence civic participation in the development of social and economic outcomes through youth-led research. Throughout her education and career, she has been involved in professional mentorships and training programs focusing on hard and soft skills such as research, critical thinking, teamwork, time management as well as interpersonal skills, to support the envelopment of Cambodia's human recourses.
